At Hagyo Distilling, we believe in striking the right balance between tradition, technology, and innovation. As a result, we have invested in the development of a range of automation solutions for key process areas of the distillation process that include mashing, fermentation, distillation, and finishing. Our automation services include all hardware (sensors and valves), electronic, wiring, and installation of digital touch-points for your operation. We achieve this with a series of sensors, micro-controllers, and magnetic valves that work in harmony with our intelligent Distillery Management Software (DMS).
- EASE OF USE
INTELLIGENT ONLINE SYSTEM FOR SUPERVISING AND CONTROLLING THE WHOLE DISTILLING PROCESS
The system consists of specific customized hardware and software components, which can only be used in the specified hardware.
The main components of the system are the followings:
HEAVY CURRENT CONTROL: Heavy current devices can be found in the cabinet mounted on the equipment. Their function is to ensure the protection of the system by fuses, circuit breakers or thermal trip relays.
LIGHT CURRENT CONTROL MODULES: Industrial micro-controllers running custom software, interpreting input and output signals, measure temperature and transmit these data to the workstation.
BACKEND PC: Its function is to store the data collected by the control modules and transmit these data to the Client PC.
CLIENT SOFTWARE: Custom-made dynamically changeable graphical front-end software, which is created specifically for the structure of the plant and displays the data representing the current state of the plant in a user-friendly way and allows the start-up of controlled processes for the user.
TOUCH SCREEN UNIT: Allows the user to control the process via a touch screen.

We managed to create a computational supervisory and process control system that achieves first of all the directed fermentation technology’s intelligent control. Thanks to the software and hardware (developed by us), the system is becoming unique and factory-specific that suits in all kinds of distillery and technology.
This is a dynamically variable intelligent control system, which permits of the safest treatment, avoiding the development of an occurrent irreversible detrimental process.
